- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, Java and system integration
- Full life-cycle implementation experience (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing)
- Must be well versed in Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and J2EE Architecture
- Should have experience on the .net framework- Microsoft technologies
- Should have at least 3 years experience as team lead or project lead
- Experience in Junit / JMOC test driven development
- Experience in agile methodology
- Should have experience working with JAVA spring framework
