- Go to EPF's Grievance System web site (http://epfigms.gov.in/)
- Click on the REGISTER GRIEVANCE menu.
- Enter the mandatory details and grievance details with PF number.
- Click on the Submit button.
- You will receive an acknowledgment email with Registration number.
- Keep the Registration number for further reference.

Complaint against Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Organisation, INDIA
If you are facing delay to refund the Provident Fund (PF) amount from EPF office, you can register a complaint in EPF's Grievance System. Immediately you will receive an acknowledgment email from Grievance System with Registration number, Officer's Name, Address of the concerned Officer, Phone Number and Email ID . With in two working days (approx) will receive the email with present status of your PF refund amount. To register a complaint, do the following steps.

This RabinDranath ghosal of sodepur,kolkata.I have submitted my PF claim on 22.03.2010,but still i get no positive reply about that.Right now I am running with very bad financial condition.Please take the matter as very important and do the needfull.

I have registered my grievance on 15-Jul-2011, and I got an email confirming the registration number as well, but till now no response from the EPF. I am sending the reminders, but still no use.
Can you tell me how can I approach further?
